It is possible to run Mac OS X in a virtual machine from a Windows OS, but it is not officially supported by any of the major vendors, and requires a lot of messing around. Even if you did this, you would not have the ability to genuinely boot straight into that instance of Mac OS X, as it would only be available as the virtual machine.

Install Windows on your Mac

• When you're booted into OS X, you can only read and write to your Windows partition if you've set up software that can write to NTFS drives. On the other hand, when you're running Windows in a virtual machine, you can copy files back and forth between your Mac.
• Oct 09, 2017  Do on-demand Mac OS X cloud services exist, comparable to Amazon's EC2 on-demand instances? But I haven't found a service offering a similar 'rent by the hour' service for a remote Mac OS X virtual machine. Does such a service exist? Amazon EC2 cannot offer Mac OS X.
